This Privacy Policy describes how Haringey Mobile (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our Android application, Nations and Leaders (the “App”).

By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Non-Personal Information

We collect anonymized data to improve app performance:

• Device model, operating system, and unique identifiers.
• Usage patterns (session length, features used).
• Technical crash reports and error logs via Firebase Crashlytics.

1.2 Third-Party Services

The App uses the following providers who may collect data according to their own policies:

• Google AdMob: Serves personalized and non-personalized ads. Collects Advertising IDs and IP addresses. Google Advertising Privacy.
• Google Firebase:
  • Analytics: Tracks user behavior and app health.
  • Authentication: Stores email/profile data if you create a cloud account for multiplayer/cross-save.
  • Cloud Functions: Manages game states and leaderboards.
• RevenueCat & Google Play Billing: Used to process and validate in-app purchases. We do not store credit card details; these are handled securely by Google.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• Account Management: To sync your progress, achievements, and multiplayer data across Android devices.
• Monetization: To show relevant ads and process in-app purchases.
• Improvement: To identify and fix technical bugs.
• Security: To prevent cheating or unauthorized access to game servers.

3. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service Providers: Google (Firebase/AdMob) and RevenueCat solely to facilitate app functionality.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.

4. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

4.1 Opt-Out of Ads

You can reset your Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized ads in your Android System Settings > Google > Ads.

4.2 Account Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. You can do this within the app or via our web-based Nations and Leaders Deletion Request Form.

4.3 GDPR (European Users)

If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. Haringey Mobile is the data controller for any information collected directly through the App.

5. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

We retain your game data (stats/purchases) as long as your account is active. We use industry-standard encryption provided by Google Firebase to protect your data, though no internet transmission is 100% secure.

6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Nations and Leaders is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover a user is under 13, we will delete their account data immediately.
