By downloading or using Percentages Practice, these terms will automatically apply to you — please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Privacy Policy

2. Age Requirements
This app is intended for users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Intellectual Property
The app and related trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property belong to Haringey Mobile. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
4. Accounts and In-App Purchases
Percentages Practice includes in-app purchases (e.g., Ad Removal).
- Billing: All transactions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an account registered to you.
- Refunds: Since these are digital goods, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled directly by the App Store or Google Play according to their respective policies.
- Cross-Platform Access & Restoration: By creating an account within the app, your purchases are tied to your profile and can be accessed seamlessly across different supported platforms (e.g., iOS and Android). If you choose to use the app as a guest without creating an account, your purchases remain tied to the specific app store account used and cannot be transferred between operating systems. You can restore your purchases at any time using the “Restore Purchases” feature provided in the app.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden the app.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Haringey Mobile cannot be held responsible for the app not working at full capacity if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or cellular data. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the app.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.

App Store Specific Terms
- This agreement is strictly between you and Haringey Mobile, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
- Haringey Mobile is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the app.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms (e.g., your wireless data service agreement) when using the app.
