2. Intellectual Property
The app, including all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property, belongs to Haringey Mobile. You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
3. In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)
Nations and Leaders offers in-app purchases (e.g., Ad Removal or premium content).
- Billing: All transactions are processed via the Google Play Store. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
- Refunds: Digital goods are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must be handled directly through the Google Play Store according to their policies.
- Restoration: If you reinstall the app or change Android devices, you can restore your purchases using the “Restore Purchases” feature within the app, provided you are signed into the same Google Play account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our servers or the experience of other players.
5. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” Haringey Mobile is not responsible for the app failing to function at full capacity due to a lack of internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data). We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. You are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

App Store Specific Terms
- This agreement is strictly between you and Haringey Mobile, not with Google LLC.
- Haringey Mobile is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms (e.g., your wireless data service agreement) when using the app.
